*Please checkout with only a single membership in your cart so we can calculate shipping costs correctly, if you would like to purchase additional memberships or gift items they must be a separate transaction.

We will send a welcome email to the recipient with details on their membership. If you would like to include a gift message and/or choose a specific starting month for the membership, please indicate in the order notes in the shopping cart.
